SAUCE WITH OIL AND BASIL

SAUCE WITH OIL AND BASIL FOR SEAFOOD SALAD, BOILED FISH,AND SALADS WITH TOMATOES
 
Ingredients

½ liter of Brisighello extravirgin olive oil

2 cloves of garlic

1 spoon of French mustard

1squeezed lemon

20 sprigs of basil( leaves only)
 
Mill all ingredients without oil and when they start to be emulsified add the oil in

little quantity and very slow in the same way of mayonnaise proceedings.

Combine salt and pepper on the basis of personal taste.

Sauce can be kept in fridge for one week.
