Grape variety: white Pinot.
Harvesting: manual.
Pressing and vinification: crushing-destemming of the grapes, cold maceration of the crushed grapes, soft squeezing, static settlement and controlled-temperature fermentation with selected yeasts.
Organoleptic characteristics: straw yellow with greenish reflections, clear, fresh, with a good olfactory intensity typical of the vineyard, delicate and pleasurable to the palate, harmonious and fairly persistent with a clear and dry aftertaste.
Storage: bottled and stored in cool cellars away from sunlight.
Serving hints: aperitifs, seafood starters even with aromatic sauces, delicate pasta dishes, white meat.
Alcohol content: 12%
Serving temperature: 10°C.
