Wine Brisigle'®
Sangiovese di Romagna DOC
Production zone: Commune of Brisighella.
Grape variety: Sangiovese Romagnolo.
Harvest: manual, in crates from selected vineyards.
Pressing and vinification: rasp-pressing of the grapes, red vinification using automatic submerged-cap vinification units, control of fermentation temperature (28°C), maceration lasting approximately 150 hours, drawing off, separation of the fermentation lees, malo-lactic fermentation, maturing and refinement of about 80% of the composition mass in small oak bariques, sterile cold-bottling, commercialisation after two harvests.
Alcohol content: 13%
Organoleptic characteristics: intense ruby red colour, clear. Optimum, spiced olfactory intensity, good perception of fruit and delicious but subtle wood essence, harmonic. Elegantly structured dry taste, fairly tannic but harmonious with a clear, lasting aftertaste.
Storage: bottled and stored in cool cellars away from sunlight.
Serving hints: excellent with tagliatelle, grilled and roast meats etc.
Serving temperature: 18/20°C. De-cork 30 minutes before pouring.
