Trebbiano di Romagna DOC
Production zone: Commune of Brisighella.
Grape variety: Trebbiano Romagnolo.
Harvest: manual, from selected vineyards.
Pressing and vinification: rasp-pressing of the grapes, cold maceration of the pressed grapes, soft pressing, static decanting, temperature-controlled (17/18°C) fermentation of the clear must using only selected yeasts.
Alcohol content: 12%.
Organoleptic characteristics: straw yellow with greenish reflections, clear, fresh with a fairly intense fragrance tinged with a hint of flowers and ripe fruit, harmonious. Fine intensity of taste and good body. Has all the classic characteristics of this vine, harmonious with a well-structured blend of acidity, alcohol and extractive substances, and a clear-cut, lasting aftertaste.
Storage: bottled and stored in cool cellars away from sunlight.
Serving hints: excellent as an aperitif, with fish antipasti, risottos, white meats.
Serving temperature: 10°C.
