The festival promotes the refined oil "Brisighello", which uses the vintage 1997 DOP certification, which guarantees, from harvesting to bottling the highest quality in every aspect.
During the holiday, the DOP olive oil can be purchased in stores of the CAB Brisighella, both in their booths set up in the square.
